    We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for a smooth checkout experience.
  2. How long does order processing and shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
  3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Yes, you can request a change of address by contacting us at info@blisshaven.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to make changes as the order may already be in processing or dispatch.
  4. How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order, please email info@blisshaven.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a refund if applicable. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  5. What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@blisshaven.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 10 business days once the returned items have been inspected and approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@blisshaven.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
  8. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
